• A one-hour home visit to see the space and discuss your ideas.

• A tailored presentation containing a moodboard for each room.

2. Room-by-Room Design

Perfect for: Those who want a design-only service and are happy to manage the implementation themselves.

• A two-hour consultation at your home to understand your needs.

• Concept ideas and a detailed floor plan layout for each room.

• A full specification list for furniture, finishes, and fittings.

• An order list to help track lead times, delivery dates, and expenditure.

Investment: £500 per room (POA for kitchens)

3. Full Interior Design & Project Management

Perfect for: Turnkey projects and full home renovations where you’d like me to oversee everything from concept through to completion.

• Mood and concept boards for each room.

• Planned layouts for all spaces.

• A detailed specification document for every finish, fitting, and piece of furniture.

• Access to trade discounts and my trusted network of tradespeople.

• Project management of deliveries and installations.

• Assistance with snagging lists to ensure a flawless finish.

Investment: Bespoke - following a home visit and full project brief, I’ll provide a tailored fee proposal along with a project estimate.

4. Styling & Staging for Sale

Perfect for: Estate agents or homeowners looking to present their property in the best possible light before selling.

What’s included:

• A one-hour visit to assess the space and make recommendations.

• A full day (09:00–17:00) of styling and staging using existing furniture and accessories.

• Suggestions for finishing touches to maximise buyer appeal.

Investment: £300 per day (excluding expenses such as flowers).

5. Holiday Lets & Serviced Apartments

Perfect for: Property developers and owners of holiday rentals or serviced accommodation who want to create stylish, welcoming spaces for guests.

• Basic plan layouts.
