Colour Consultancy Design Service offered by Interior Designer Kate Fryer at Khaya Studio.

1. COLOUR CONSULTANCY

  • Who's it for?

    • People who are just looking for inspiration and guidance on colour palettes and paint choices.

  • What will you get? 

    • 1x 1hr home visit so that I can see the spaces and have a chat with you.

    • 1x Presentation containing a moodboard for each room & paint colour specifications for all walls, woodwork & ceilings for each room.

  • How much does it cost?

    • £50 per room (min 3 rooms)

2. ROOM - BY - ROOM DESIGN

  • Who's it for? 

    • People who want a design-only service and are happy to turn the designs into reality themselves.

  • What will you get? 

    • 1x 2hr consultation at your home so that I can understand your requirements and challenges 

    • 1x Presentation with moodboard options to narrow down your preferences.

    • 1x Presentation with concept ideas & floor plan layout for each room.

    • 1x Presentation with specifications for all furniture, finishes and fittings.

    • 1x Order list so that you can keep track of your lead times, delivery dates & expenditure.

  • How much does it cost? 

    • £500 per room 

    • POA per kitchen

3. INTERIOR DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Who's it for? 

    • This is for turnkey residential projects and people looking to fully renovate their homes with a service tailored to their needs.

  • What will you get? 

    • Mood/concept boards for each room. 

    • Planned layout for each room. 

    • Specification document for each room with all furniture, finishes and fittings specified. 

    • Trade discounts & recommended list of tradespeople. 

    • Project management of deliveries and installation. 

    • Help to prepare snagging lists.

  • How much does it cost?

    • ​Once I have visited your home and taken a full brief from you and I understand the scope of the work you would like me to undertake, I will go away and prepare a quote for my fee. I will also be able to prepare an estimate for the entire project.

4. STYLING & STAGING PROPERTIES FOR SALE

  • Who's it for? 

    • ​This service is specifically for estate agents or people looking to sell their properties.

  • What do you get? 

    • 1x 1hr visit to see the space and make recommendations before I come to do the styling and staging. 

    • 1x full day (09:00-17:00) on site using existing furniture and accessories to style/stage the spaces and make them as attractive to potential buyers as possible.

  • How much does it cost?

    • ​£300 per day (excluding expenses such as flowers)

5. HOLIDAY LETS & SERVICED APARTMENTS

  • Who's it for? 

    • This service is specifically for property developers and people looking to let out their properties.

  • What will you get? 

    • Mood/concept board for each room. 

    • Basic plan layout for each room. 

    • Specification document for each room with all furniture, finishes and fittings specified. 

    • Trade discounts & recommended list of tradespeople. 

    • Project management of deliveries and installation. 

    • Help to prepare snagging lists.

  • How much does it cost?

    • ​Once I receive a brief and I understand the scope of the work you would like me to undertake, I will go away and prepare a quote for my fee. I will also be able to prepare a rough estimate for the entire project.
